NICEIC
The NICEIC is the industry's independent, non profit-making, voluntary regulatory body covering the whole of the United Kingdom. The NICEIC's sole purpose is to protect consumers from unsafe and unsound electrical work.

National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers
The National Association of Professional Inspectors & Testers was formed in 1992. Its the only electrical association which insists that all individual electricians and electrical workers are proven competent through qualification.

Electrical Contractors Association
The ECA was founded in 1901. Its member firms range from local employers to national multi-service companies with many branches.
